Solo, Duet, Group Song Choir


Solo

For a solo performance not exceeding 4 minutes, the evaluation criteria will be as follows:

  1. Intonation/Tone, accounting for 15 points, assesses the accuracy and expressiveness of the performer's pitch and vocal quality.

  2. Enunciation/Clarity and Diction, carrying 25 points, evaluates the precision and clarity of pronunciation and articulation.

  3. Posture, with a weightage of 10 points, considers the performer's physical alignment, poise, and body language.

  4. Style/Technique, contributing 10 points, measures the proficiency and skillfulness in executing dance movements or vocal delivery techniques.

  5. Originality, worth 30 points, gauges the creativity and uniqueness of the performance in terms of choreography, interpretation, or presentation.

  6. Time Management, accounting for 10 points, evaluates the adherence to the specified duration of the solo performance.


Duet

For a duet performance lasting no more than 4 minutes, the evaluation criteria are as follows:

  1. Intonation/Tone (10 points): Assessing the accuracy and expressiveness of the performers' pitch and vocal quality.

  2. Enunciation/Clarity and Diction (15 points): Evaluating the precision and clarity of pronunciation and articulation by both performers.

  3. Posture (10 points): Considering the alignment, coordination, and presence of both performers on stage.

  4. Style/Technique (10 points): Measuring the proficiency and skillfulness of both performers in executing dance movements or vocal delivery techniques.

  5. Harmony (15 points): Evaluating the synchronization and blend of voices or movements between both performers.

  6. Originality (30 points): Gauging the creativity and uniqueness of the duet performance in terms of choreography, interpretation, or presentation.

  7. Time Management (10 points): Assessing the adherence to the specified duration of the duet performance.


Group Song

For a group song performance lasting no longer than 4 minutes and involving between 5 and 8 persons, the judging criteria are as follows:

  1. Intonation/Tone (10 points): Evaluating the accuracy and expressiveness of the group's pitch and vocal quality.

  2. Enunciation/Clarity and Diction (15 points): Assessing the precision and clarity of pronunciation and articulation by all performers.

  3. Posture (10 points): Considering the alignment, coordination, and stage presence of the group members.

  4. Style/Technique (10 points): Measuring the proficiency and skillfulness of the group in executing vocal techniques and performance style.

  5. Harmony (15 points): Evaluating the synchronization and blend of voices among the group members.

  6. Originality (30 points): Gauging the creativity and uniqueness of the group's performance, including arrangement, interpretation, and presentation.

  7. Time Management (10 points): Assessing the adherence to the specified duration of the group song performance.


Choir

For a choir performance lasting no more than 4 minutes and consisting of 9 or more persons, the judging criteria are outlined as follows:

  1. Intonation/Tone (10 points): Assessing the accuracy and expressiveness of the choir's collective pitch and vocal quality.

  2. Enunciation/Clarity and Diction (15 points): Evaluating the precision and clarity of pronunciation and articulation across all choir members.

  3. Posture (10 points): Considering the alignment, coordination, and stage presence of the choir as a whole.

  4. Style/Technique (10 points): Measuring the proficiency and skillfulness of the choir in executing vocal techniques and performance style.

  5. Harmony (15 points): Evaluating the synchronization and blend of voices among the choir members.

  6. Originality (30 points): Gauging the creativity and uniqueness of the choir's performance, including arrangement, interpretation, and presentation.

  7. Time Management (10 points): Assessing the adherence to the specified duration of the choir performance.
